Sentimental, fun, teary, exciting, emotional. There were so many different emotions throughout the day of Nicole and Jonathan’s wedding. With the recent death of Nicole’s father, it was a bitter sweet day. Nicole honored her father in many ways and everyone there could tell that even though her father wasn’t there in person, he was right there with her every moment of the day. It was a beautiful, loving ceremony.
When the time came for Nicole and Jonathan to exchange rings, there was also another exchange. The second important exchange was between Nicole’s daughter Madalynn and Jonathan. Madalynn and Jonathan said their vows to each other promising to always be a good father, and a respectful daughter. It was very touching and very personal, ending with Jon giving her a necklace.
The reception included a candy bar for guests, a harpist, a delicious dinner buffet, an amazing ice sculpture, and upbeat dancing. The party went on late into the night as Mr. and Mrs. Leopold began their life together as husband and wife. Congratulations to Nicole, Jonathan and Madalynn.
