Since Megan and Joseph live in Chicago, we didn’t get the opportunity to meet them before the day of their wedding.  After only a few minutes of hanging out with Megan and her bridesmaid, it was easy to see that she was a sweet friendly girl who was deeply in love with her soon to be husband.  Joseph is a fun, sometimes silly guy who wasn’t afraid to show his true feelings for Megan when he saw her walking down the aisle.

After a touching ceremony, and a delicious dinner, guest were asked to join the bride and groom outside in the big tent for music and dancing.  The Big Mouth Band entertained everyone with great music and a packed dance floor.  What a fun day! All the best to Megan and Joseph on your new marriage.

In the Summer of  2004, Laura took a part time position at Best Buy so that she could finally get a big screen TV at a discount!  She had a friend that worked there and a few other acquaintances that she had met at social outings.  A few days before she began her job, she went to the store to visit her friend.  Dan was standing at the door and looked very much like one of the “acquaintances” that she had met at a social event.  Laura, being the friendly outgoing person she is, went right up to him and asked him how he was in her bubbly way.  Mid-conversation, she realized that this guy wasn’t the acquaintance, but rather, someone she had never met.  She didn’t skip a beat though, and kept the conversation up!  Dan figured out who she was going to visit that day and asked who the super friendly girl was.  He found out that Laura was to work under him as a sales associate.  Always the professional, Dan was very good at teaching Laura the ways of sales.  It was always noticed by others that Laura got extra attention

Laura just wanted to get a big screen TV at a discount but as it turns out, she got a whole lot more!

What a day!  20 inches of fresh snow was waiting for us when we got home that night, but the wedding must go on.  We knew Renee and Joshua were a cool couple, after we learned that they met on Myspace, just like we did, but the way they handled themselves was amazing.  Injuries, no show vendors, and the mother of all Minnesota snow storms couldn’t put a damper on their day.

Snow, snow, and even more snow was the weather forecast for Stephanie and Matthew’s wedding day, but not even the crazy weather could stop the couple and their wedding party for taking a few fun shots out in the snow at some of the bride and groom’s favorite St. Paul locations.

Stephanie and Matthew’s wedding really was picture perfect.  St Thomas More Catholic Church is one of the most beautiful churches in Minnesota and the Town & Country was the perfect venue for their snowy evening reception. The reception was full of more then one surprise, including a Wisconsin vs. Minnesota vs. Illinois song and dance number presented by the extended family of the bride and groom. We headed out to Hugo Minnesota for Kara and Chris’ wedding ceremony. It was a lovely ceremony at St. John’s the Baptist Catholic Church. Kara was simply one of the sweetest, most easy going bride a photographer could ask for. We wish Kara and Chris and their adorable daughter all the best as they start this new chapter in their life together.
